TERMS & CONDITIONS
MEASUREMENTS AND PRICE:
All prices are F.O.B. Omaha, NE, and subject to
change without notice. All sizes are approximate
and variation does exist both in color and size.
BUYING PROGRAMS:
We offer programs for every buyer. From direct
containers, assorted pallets, to open stock, we
have a program that meets your needs.
CREDIT CARDS:
We accept Visa, Mastercard and Discover as
payment. There is no fee for using a credit card for
COD customers or credit customers who choose
to pay within 5 business days of receipt of their
order. After 5 business days, there will be a 3%
convenience fee assessed to the balance due.
ACH Payments Accepted
A D D I T I O N A L N OT E S :
Finance charges accrue at a rate of 2% per month
(24% APR) on past due balances. All claims of
shortages or damage must be filed within 5 days
after receipt of shipment. Damage claims must
include photos of each item. No returns will be
accepted without prior authorization. Return items
are subject to a 20% restock fee. NSF checks will
be assessed a $25 service charge.
Final glazed colors will vary from item to item.
Wood and gas firing methods can produce slightly
different variations in color.
